File includes 5 templates. This is not a Gantt-Chart making tool. It assumes you will manage the Strategy Project like…a Project. This uses Project Management tools so you can go from all the initiatives and actions suggested so far in your Strategizing to putting it in action through Project Management, including creating a Gantt chart (which you can do in excel or any other specific tool). The first form includes: some overall Project Management and Preparation Guidelines, Planning Guidelines to convert the suggested action into tasks in the project (with scope, budget, and timing), Execution control Guidelines, Flexibility and Perseverance Guidelines, and a couple of other tips. The second form is a template for defining the Project Charter (which can and should also be used for sub-projects). This is possibly the most important document of a project. It also has a form to evaluate how well you defined scope, time, and budget! This 3rd form is a template for a “Work Package”. Some tasks might require it, for example if a task is made of steps that are not intuitive or by someone inexperienced and/or outside of the Project Team Th 4th is a Stakeholders’ Assessment form. Yes, you need to be aware of the people that can impact this project and do your best to anticipate negative impacts. More broadly, the 5th form, encourages you to take a look at all the main risks of the project and try to come up with some mitigation action.
