This template is basically the same as template S4A1204 – Internal Analysis: Template for Analyzing Your Systems, Technology, HR, Sale and Marketing, Operations.  If you have that one, you don’t need this one. The first form pre-enunciates the main types of systems in main organizations and has a simple way to identify the main topics of concern or strengths once you apply this questionnaire to your Strategy Team. Systems are organized in ERP related (which includes Operations), IT, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Others.
