S4A3105s – Organizational alignment for Action:  Template for Aligning Management Style, Culture, and Values/Behaviors

File includes 3 tabs with 6 templates. The first form is a detailed scrip with for an initial discussion and guiding you through the following form on Exercises. Some of these exercises assume you went over the Cultural Assessment Questionnaire of the Competing Values’ Framework (CVF) https://www.boomhogeronderwijs.nl/media/8/download_pdf_culture_assessment_workbook.pdf. Then we have four exercises: (i) The first encourages you to summarize the findings of your Cultural Assessment and start “drawing” the culture you want to have. (ii) The second has you mapping your starting point vs your desired endpoint based off the CVF Areas of Analysis vs Types of Culture Matrix. (iii) The 3rd and 4th encourage you to look, one more time, at your “Big Picture” decisions and make sure there is alignment between them and the Culture you want to implement, especially in terms of values and behaviors. (iv) Then you have 6 forms with, mostly, open needed topics for reflection about “How do you change your Culture?” (the last one is just a form to summarize best suggestions). Finally, we script a “Devils’ Advocate” discussion to make sure o obvious obstacles are left un-tackled in your cultural progress.
