Maybe you already have some of these elements; hopefully you asked your employees as suggested during the internal analysis to opine on them; now it’s time to build on that and create a great list of Values and/or Behaviors, and really strong Long-Term-Goals, Vision, Mission and/or purpose statements. The first form is for Value and Behaviors; during the internal analysis we asked employees’ opinion; now it’s time for the Strategy Team to bring it home with this form. The second form asks for the Strategy Team to zone in a finalize a Vision, Mission, and/or Purpose Statement (and remembers what they should be) after gathering a broader set of opinion hopefully during interna analysis. It also gives a set of suggestion of things to create Long-Term Goals for. All our frameworks try to make sure the Choices you make are really strategic choices, that they are bold and make a difference. Vision, Mission, and Purpose are some of the most important decisions, so the 3rd form evaluates them on that with the help of your best minds.
