S4A1203s+ – Internal Analysis: Template for analyzing Human Resources Policies, Employee Engagements, Net Promotor Score (NPS), and Management Styles

File includes 5 templates. The first form list all of the most common HR policies most companies have to have today and encourage you to think about whether you have them or need to do something about them. The second form list all of the most common HR forms most companies have to have today and encourage you to think about whether you have them or need to do something about them. The third is a curated employee engagement questionnaire.  It has questions about:  Satisfaction (including one to get NPS), Alignment, Collaboration, and Future Orientation.  It also has some interesting open-need questions. The 4th is a template for determining, among the 7 standard management styles, what are those experienced at your company. The 5th has a SWOT form where you’re encouraged to summarize the findings of the process above; the Strategy4Action framework peruses 23+ areas, including Human Resources, to find new opportunities (as well as threats, strengths, and weaknesses).
