File includes 2 forms. We have explored each of the Five Forces through its own templates. Now we summarize that info and evaluate Industry attractiveness. The first form has two parts: the first encourages you to succinctly comment on each of the Five Forces and place each forces’ evaluation (from its own template); this is automatically summed into a total that will be your initial classification of industry rivalry; the second part “forces” you to consider 5 additional elements and then suggests you revise the initial classification you gave. The Strategy4Action framework peruses 23+ areas, including the Five Forces Model, to find new opportunities (as well as threats, strengths, and weaknesses). The second form encourages you to summarize all the Opportunities, Threats, Strengths, and Weaknesses identified for each Force. We will be building a final SWOT at the end of the Analysis part and so this is a first step in prioritizing and filtering through each individual one.
