File includes 4 templates. The first builds on the previous work on segmentation and it facilitates identifying the main competitors for each segment you anticipate in or want to participate in. The second contains a suggested list of 30+ topics you should investigate about your competitors and how you can get them; it should be done for each of the main competitors. The third is a template to summarize the competitors’ analysis, comparing them side-by-side in about 20 topics. The fourth has a SWOT form for this specific topic; the Strategy4Action framework peruses 23+ areas, including competitors, to find new opportunities (as well as threats, strengths, and weaknesses).
