S4A1113+ – External Analysis: Template for Analyzing and Determining the Value Proposition of your Product or Service

File includes 2 templates. Before going through this step, it is very important that you have gone through the Willingness To Pay step and, ideally, you will have gone through the Critical Success Factors’ too. The first form has two parts:  first, it encourages you to describe the value   proposition of your product and service but if “forces” you to think about a handful of ancillary questions; then it suggests that you and the Strategy Team evaluate the strength of that value proposition according to 4 different criteria. It also sustains that, until you get a certain evaluation you should o back to the drawing board and work on it. The second form has a SWOT form where you’re encouraged to summarize the findings of the process above; the Strategy4Action framework peruses 23+ areas, including Value Proposition, to find new opportunities (as well as threats, strengths, and weaknesses).  It also specifically encourages you to organize opportunities in two very specific and important categories.
